The daughter of a veteran Magical Girl, Dreamy☆Chelsea has always loved Magical Girls and wants to do nothing but laze about during the day and help people in trouble at night. Despite her mother's warnings that becoming a career Magical Girl is next to impossible for those without the right connections, Chelsea has refused to do anything with her life other than be a Magical Girl, leaving her as a NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) who still lives with her mother at 34. When her mother finally forces her to get a real job, she happens across John Shepherdspie's job listing regarding the will reading and accepts the job right away, becoming a huge nuisance to him.
Dreamy☆Chelsea's magic allows her to telekinetically control anything that is shaped like a star. She has trained prodigiously to use her magic to the utmost effectiveness, allowing her to fly through the air on tiny star footholds without falling off. With her monstrous strength, she can crush rocks into star shapes to create projectiles on the fly. Thanks to her desire to always be as cute as possible, her fighting style is extremely unorthodox and hard for opponents to grasp, making her a far greater opponent than she looks.
Although she puts up a good fight, Chelsea is killed by Francesca once Francesca starts copying her fighting style. However, when Nephilia uses her magic to listen to Chelsea's last words and replays Chelsea's custom theme song, the song somehow wills Chelsea back to life and she rejoins the fight even with devastating injuries. She briefly considers quitting being a Magical Girl after her experience, but she decides that risking her own life is worth it if she can save others.
A shepherd Magical Girl, Pastel Mary is kind to everyone she meets, but she is also extremely clumsy and often causes problems by accident. She normally works as a freelancer and was hired by John Shepherdspie to deliver invitations to the will reading.
Pastel Mary's magic allows her to bring the sheep that she draws with her pastels to life and get them to perform tasks. She can draw different kinds of sheep that have different skills and personalities. Not all of the sheep will obey Mary's control, so she tends to create far more than necessary to account for those that will disobey her. Ragi is shocked that she's never bothered to test the upper limit of her ability.
Mary and 7753 defeat Francesca by pushing her into a faulty portal created by Ragi and Yol, which disintegrates the three of them. However, Mary is combined together with Francesca, leaving her trapped in Francesca's body. Though she maintains her own personality, she sometimes says Francesca's catchphrase without realizing it.
A Magical Girl from the Magical Girl Resources Department, which oversees recruitment, training, and distribution. 7753, pronounced Nanako-san, tries her best to be friendly and outgoing, but she comes across as extremely awkward instead. She is cynical about her own place in the Magical Kingdom because she's not much for fighting and tends to have rotten luck when out in the field.
After the events of Magical Girl Raising Project: Limited, 7753 has begun working with Mana due to their shared trauma. She mainly stays in her Magical Girl form because it provides her with the mental fortitude needed to deal with her PTSD after the deaths of the Namiyama Magical Girls.
7753's magic goggles show her information about those she looks at while wearing them. She can adjust the dial on the side of the goggles to change what information she sees, ranging from physical or magical stats to hobbies and knowledge. While other Magical Girls can use her goggles as well, no one else can make the adjustments needed to get the most information out of them.
7753 is the first to discover that Francesca cannot perceive those without magical power and uses this knowledge to get herself and Tepsekemei out of a tough situation. In the final battle, she and Pastel Mary push Francesca into a faulty portal to destroy her. This causes 7753's essence to fuse with the grove of magical trees created by Sataborn, turning her into a dryad that is trapped on the Island. Mana continues to visit her and has begun researching ways to turn her back to normal.
A genie Magical Girl, Tepsekemei (or Mei for short) was originally an Egyptian tortoise that was kept as a pet in the Namiyama Middle School science lab. Lacking the same emotions as humans, Mei comes across as robotic and uncaring in her demeanour, and she tends to take things without permission, especially food.
After the events of Magical Girl Raising Project: Limited, Tepsekemei has been living with Mana and learning from 7753, though she's a slow learner thanks to being a turtle. Because the B-City incident was her first interaction with the world outside the Namiyama Middle School science room, she tends to refer to things in related terms, such as calling any threat "Pukin".
Tepsekemei's magic allows her to merge with any nearby gases, making herself immune to most conventional attacks. She can manipulate her gaseous body in any way she can see fit, such as splitting off pieces of herself to act autonomously. She can still be damaged by anything that can damage the gas.
Tepsekemei survives the events on the Island, though several of her fragments of herself are destroyed by Francesca, leaving her Magical Girl form a fraction of its original size. Her size will eventually be restored, but it will take a long time.
A fencer Magical Girl, Miss Marguerite was once a respected member of the Inspection Department, until the death of her apprentice Annamarie shook her confidence and caused her to quit. Quiet and reserved, Marguerite's time in the Inspection Department has made her very observant and quick to evaluate people, as well as slow to trust them. She is hired by Death Prayer, who took over her position in the Inspection Department, to accompany Touta Magaoka to the inheritance event.
Miss Marguerite's magic allows her to bend any straight object that she touches. Her magic has a very strict definition of what is considered straight, forcing her to use her sword to cut objects until they meet the requirements. She primarily uses her magic to bend her footholds at high speed to launch herself at opponents.
Miss Marguerite struggles valiantly against Francesca on several occasions, and she tries to attack Francesca while in human form once she realizes that Francesca cannot perceive those without magic. However, Francesca notices everyone else focusing on Marguerite's actions and attacks her general area, assuming a threat. Before she dies, Marguerite guides Touta in making a decisive blow.
A calm and reserved magical girl, Clantail maintains a professional demeanour, hence why Ragi hired her to accompany him. Clantail has a hard time interacting with others because she can't get into other peoples' mindsets, so she remains silent and stoic at all times.
After the events of Magical Girl Raising Project: Restart, Clantail has been trying to be more socialable so she can make friends like the ones she lost in the Virtual World. She has also trained as a survivalist after that incident, particularly focusing on how to survive in situations where she doesn't have access to her Magical Girl Form.
Clantail's magic lets her transform her body below her waist into the body of any animal she has seen in person. If the animal is larger than her, her body will maintain the animal's proportions; if the animal is smaller than her, the animal parts will match her proportions. Since the Keek Incident, she has been studying animals in order to find ones with helpful abilities. For example, to aid her in searching for others, she discovered a moth that has sensory organs in its thorax.
Clantail agrees to a deal to help Nephilia, giving up the money she won from the Keek Incident in the process, though she had no interest in spending that money anyway. Nephilia also informs her that Ragi had unintentionally sabotaged Snow White's efforts to stop the Keek Incident earlier, which would have prevented the deaths of her teammates. Despite learning this, Clantail continues working for Ragi until the job is done.
