A Magical Girl in a Gustav Klimt-inspired outfit, Maiya has served as a steward of Yol's family for a long time. Though she comes across as fierce and rude, this is just a front for her services as a bodyguard and she is actually quite kind and friendly. She has fought on equal terms with those from the Archfiend Cram School, so she is well-respected for her strength.
Maiya's magic makes strikes with her staff more powerful depending on how many times the person she's striking has lied. She is able to always at least injure someone due to the fact that everyone lies at least a little. She has developed a specialized technique for fighting with her staff that makes her a terrifying opponent.
Maiya's presence on the Island is a necessary inconvenience to Navi Ru's plans, as there was no way she would not accompany Yol to the will reading. She is the first person on the Island to be killed by Francesca, attacked when she goes alone to investigate the broke gates leading off the Island.
A Magical Girl who dresses more like a mage, Rareko is another retainer for Yol's family and the younger partner of Maiya. While she is shy and obedient on the outside, she is nasty and self-serving on the inside, caring only for Yol because it is her job. She was taken in by Maiya when she was a child, which is why they share a last name, though she is resentful of the harsh way Maiya raised her.
Rareko's magic allows her to repair any broken object so long as she has all of the pieces of it. She doesn't even have to understand what the object is or how it works to restore it to perfect condition. Maiya has trained her to fight with a staff, but she doesn't trust in her own abilities, so her skills suffer for it.
Navi Ru's plan, to repair an artefact left in Sataborn's collection, hinged on Rareko's magic, so he wrote Yol into Sataborn's will and included the condition of needing no more than two Magical Girls for accompaniment to ensure that Rareko would end up on the Island. After eliminating Maiya and ensuring Yol's safety, Navi brought Rareko to Sataborn's lab to restore the artefact, then hid it away. With her job done, Rareko was abandoned and left to be killed by Francesca. She dies cursing Maiya, blaming her own lack of skill on the techniques Maiya tried to teach her.
A cupid Magical Girl with both angel and devil motifs, Love Me Ren-Ren wants nothing more than for everyone to get along. She works as a freelancer, using her magic to solve relationship problems. She is hired by Agri and wants to help Agri make up for the loss of her father, even if Agri claims to not care for Sataborn.
Love Me Ren-Ren is able to make people fall in love by hitting them with her magic arrows. The first person she hits falls in love with her, then the second falls in love with the first, and it continues in that pattern until she dispels the magic. It becomes difficult to control any target after the second, so she avoids uses her magic on more than two people at a time.
Ren-Ren is haunted by the death of her mother but in complete denial about it, acting like her mother is still alive and going into shock when her false memories are contradicted. She becomes even more unstable when Agri is killed in her arms, causing her to set fire to the forest on the Island to maintain her team's monopoly on grey fruit. She is killed when trying to help Clarissa fight Francesca.
One of her arrows happened to hit Nephilia before her death, causing Nephilia to become obsessed with her. With Ren-Ren dead, this can never be undone.
A grim reaper Magical Girl, Nephilia comes across as dumb because she speaks in very slow, short sentences and laughs at inappropriate times. She is actually extremely cunning and strategic. As a freelancer, she works with magical contracts and has learned how to use her weird image to manipulate people. Since she was a young girl, she has had a fascination with a particular kind of "evil" people and sees that in both Agri and Ren-Ren, making her excited to work with them.
Nephilia's magic allows her to replay the voices of dead people by touching their corpse. Many people who hear about her magic come to her hoping to speak to their deceased relatives one last time, only to be disappointed to find out that she can only replay things a person has said out loud. Still, she has made a living using her power, mostly to settle disputes related to wills. Though she has a scythe as part of her costume, she hasn't had much practice using it.
Nephilia survives the Island incident, saving Clantail in the process. Thanks to the magical contract Nephilia got Clantail to sign beforehand, Nephilia also earns all of the money that Clantail made from the Keek Incident, which Clantail had no interest in spending anyway. At some point, Nephilia got hit by one of Love Me Ren-Ren's arrows, causing her to fall in love. By keeping one of Ren-Ren's feathers on her at all times, she can hear Ren-Ren's voice whenever she wants, and she has learned to manipulate the words so that it sounds like Ren-Ren is declaring her love for her.
A cat-themed Magical Girl, Clarissa comes across as cheerful and thoughtless. She tends to tease others and doesn't show much respect for anyone, though she will follow orders and is surprisingly professional. She has worked with Navi Ru often in the past, though no one knows that she's actually his niece.
Clarissa's magic lets her track anything she has bitten, allowing her to find its location or sense its movements even from great distances. She tends to secretly bite peoples' clothes so she can know where they are at all times, and she will also bite objects to create makeshift security systems.
Clarissa has been working with Navi Ru for years to help him find out what happened to her mother, who was made to disappear by the higher ups in the Osk Faction for a mistake her father made.
Clarissa comes to the Island equipped with a sword that deals extra damage to homunculi in order to deal with Francesca if she goes out of control. However, she overestimates the amount of damage the sword does and she doesn't account for Francesca using her axes to heal herself, leading to her death.
"Is the axe you dropped the golden axe? Or the silver axe?"
A Magical Girl based on the goddess from the fable of The Honest Woodcutter, Francisca Francesca is a homunculus created by Sataborn for the Osk Faction. Meant to serve as a potential incarnation for one of the Three Sages, Francesca is extremely powerful physically, but she lacks her own personality and lives only to fight, acting as a security system of sorts. To aid in her development, she can learn rapidly and quickly copy another person's fighting style, increasing her combat effectiveness. She cannot perceive anyone without magical power, and, as a failsafe, she is programmed to not attack anyone who is in a hole.
Francesca's magic is a pair of axes, one gold and one silver, that she can transform into any substance, giving her almost limitless possibility in battle. For example, she can create explosions by turning one axe into fire and the other into a flammable gas. The axes will restore themselves if they are damaged, and, due to her artificial nature, she can turn her axes into part of her body to heal damage, though this leaves the axe otherwise unusable.
After killing many of the guests on Sataborn's Island, Francesca is heavily damaged by Touta using Clarissa's anti-homunculus sword, then pushed into a faulty portal by Pastel Mary and 7753. 7753 is fused with the magical fruit trees on the Island, and Mary is fused with Francesca.
